The First Annual Metaline Falls Bigfoot Festival happened this year!
June 19 & 20, 2021
T-SHIRTS, TOTES & COINS STILL AVAILABLE
2021 was epic!
We're already working on 2022!
June 18 & 19
This event is unique in so many ways! The entire town and wider area was involved and we had so many free attractions plus some features with a ticket price: FREE vendor mall (spent your money with the vendors), live entertainment, Bigfoot film festival, first responder public outreach booths (fire off a water cannon) and then the pay-to-play features of the 5K (in-person and virtual) plus the livestreaming tickets of the presentations!
Bigfoot researchers were outside to meet and greet fans when not indoors presenting their research to the ticket holders. Tickets were sold! You can order a recording of the two-day presentations at mfbigfoot.com/live!
And the rest was FREE!
Over 60 vendors from around the country and live music in the town's park
Food: beef barbacoa, pork carnitas, and vegetarian/vegan as far as types go, burritos, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, espresso during the morning, seasoned sausage, hamburgers, hotdogs, pulled pork sandwiches all over town (Cutter, Legion, Park), Teriyaki, Indian tacos, elephant ears. (And a beer garden at the American Legion.)
Bigfoot Film Festival at independent NuVu movie theater with a world premier filmed in the immediate area: Sullivan Creek Sasquatch
Parking centrally located to all the attractions and activities
Adam Davies, Ken Gerhard, Larry "Beans" Baxter, Kevin Llyewellan, Dr Robert Alley, Dr Igor Burtsev (from Russia), Russell Acord, Shane Corson, Tom Sewid, special guest Bob Gimlin, Wayne Stapleton and Georges Hemingway from HULU Sasquatch, Brent Thomas from Paranormal Portal Podcast, and Will Ulmer from Bigfoot of Stevens County.
US Border Patrol, Pend Oreille County Sheriff's Office, and Pend Oreille Fire Department 2 had public outreach booths with all kinds of great equipment. The fire station in town was open for tours.
